STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT Phone Trigger – Calls and Scenes
STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT Phone Trigger: which calls add scenes, which to ignore for trophies, wallpaper and ringtone menus, and original-game changes.
Phone Trigger is still how STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT hides extra scenes and flags: calls, mail, wallpaper, ringtones. Optional call scenes are collected here so they are not mistaken for ending branches.
What changed from Original
- You can still open the phone yourself (mail, contacts, wallpaper, ringtone).
- Choosing a reply plays a typing animation — you cannot cancel and pick again (KKB).
- The you-got-mail icon is easier to miss than in Original.
- Some subjects/wording differ; the important chains still exist.

None of these replace the Chapter 6–9 ending prompts. Ending buttons live on Endings. Mail lookup: Email Choices.
Xbox prompts remap. DualSense works via Steam Input with keyboard prompts. Title-menu Exit cannot be chosen with a controller (KKB).
